Modern Apartment in the Design District, Helsinki

Welcome to my light and modern apartment, located in the design district of Helsinki - Punavuori. It is close to the city centre and also in the opposite direction, to the sea. Excellent public transport connections. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet street. Grocery shop nearby. Free 5G Wi-fi. The apartment, 60 m², has 3 rooms, a kitchen and a balcony. The space The size of the double bed in the bedroom is 140 x 200. There is an IKEA Vallentuna single sofa bed in the dinning room (with an additional mattress for extra comfort) and a Vallentuna single sofa bed in the living room (with additional mattress for extra comfort). Both size 80 x 200. These two sofa beds are only made up when required. The neighbours are pleasant and quiet. You can also enjoy your morning coffee or evening aperitif on the balcony, which overlooks the inner courtyard. Guest access Public Transport and two grocery stores are within easy reach from my apartment. The nearest grocery store is Alepa Viiskulma, which is in pursimiehenkatu that is in the next street as you get off trams 1 and 3, or a 3 min walk from the apartment. There is also an Alepa in Perämiehenkatu 10, which is open 24/7 which is also a 3min walk away in the opposite direction. It is a 5 min walk, or 400 meters, to the nearest tram and bus stop from the apartment. The name of the stop is Viiskulma. Trams number 3 and 1 and bus number 30 stop here. If you only plan on using public transport occasionally, you can buy a single ticket from a ticket machine, R-kiosk, bus driver, or on your mobile phone. With a single ticket you can transfer from one vehicle to another within the validity of the ticket. Note: You cannot buy a ticket on a tram. The nearest R-Kioski where you can buy a ticket is at Viiskulma which is a 5 min walk away, or 400 meters. Enjoy unlimited travel in Helsinki with a Helsinki Card CITY and Helsinki Card REGION* The Helsinki Card, also known as the Helsinki Card CITY acts as your ticket for unlimited journeys on public transport around Helsinki including buses, trams, metro, commuter trains and Suomenlinna ferry. All Helsinki Card options also include a City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off bus ticket for the duration of your card. It also offers free entry to some museums. Nearest coffee shop and bakery Kannisto leipomo – Kannisto bakery is a 1 min walk away on the corner of Kankurinkatu. You can buy fresh bread, pastries and coffee here. The quality is excellent! There is also a Pizzeria Via Tribunali across the street.
