This charming apartment, located on the second floor of an old building without an elevator, offers you a unique experience in a picturesque and vibrant location. This roomy accommodation features two bedrooms with double beds for your comfort, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the street views and watch the iconic Tram No. 12 as it climbs the hill towards São Jorge Castle. This little balcony is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in local life and savor a coffee or a glass of wine while observing the neighborhood's hustle and bustle. In its narrow cobblestone streets, you'll discover a blend of tradition and modernity with local shops, authentic restaurants, and the warmth of its people. The name "Mouraria" has its origins in the time of the Christian reconquest in the Iberian Peninsula. During the 12th century, after the conquest of Lisbon from the Moors, the neighborhood north of São Jorge Castle, where the Moorish population lived, was named "Mouraria." This way, we can greet you and provide all the necessary instructions to make the most of your stay in Lisbon. To coordinate the check-in, we kindly ask you to send us your flight information. It's important to mention that the Portuguese government requires tourist apartments to provide guest information to the border control service. Therefore, we request that you send us a photo of the passport for all guests included in the reservation, with all their details visible. This will expedite the check-in process and prevent delays upon your arrival at the apartment. In case you arrive at the apartment after 9:00 PM, an additional cost of 30€ will apply. Your comfort is our priority, and we look forward to giving you a warm welcome to Lisbon. Other things to note SERVICES: We do not offer breakfast service. Cleaning Service: We provide cleaning and change of sheets and towels once a week. If you would like a more frequent cleaning service, the cost is 45€ for each cleaning. Check-in is at 3:00 PM. For check-ins after 9:00 PM (21h), there is an additional cost of 30€. Registration Details 60730/AL
