Sunny deck overlooks the marina, perfect for enjoying a wine or beer at the end of the day and watching the boat traffic. The space There are 2 bedrooms, open living, dining and kitchen, laundry room and full bathroom (shower and bath) with a separate toilet upstairs. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second room has a bunkbed, perfect for a couple or a family of 4. Upstairs has good views of the marina and harbour. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom (shower, basin and toilet) and there is also an additional living space perfect for a second family or a good option for children to play or watch a movie. Upstairs and downstairs are accessible via internal stairs. High-speed wireless internet is included. Kitchen appliances include a microwave, toaster, jug, oven, stovetop, and fridge/freezer. Other things to note Very handy to Fisherman's wharf - walk down to your boat, load up and set off for an adventure in the Marlborough Sounds. Additional parking can be difficult during peak holiday times - There is one allocated park for guests under the deck. If you have more than 1 vehicle, please park these in the marina car park spaces ($5/day).
