Cozy room in Prague Floor 1, apt 2

Hello, we would be happy to host You in our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located just 5 min walk from Wenceslas square, and in walking distance of most tourist attractions :) Our checkin hours are from 15:00 until whenever (but I need to know anyway!!) , as besides personal checkin, we offer a self checkin option :) Your bedroom is private with a key! The space You have a private room for max 3 people with a lock. There are 2 bathrooms shared by guests from the other rooms. There is also a shared kitchen, which You can use. Please always be respectful to other guests and keep the common areas clean. Guest access You have a private room for max 3 people with a lock. During your stay Message me on AIRBNB in case of any issues, I will respond as soon as possible. Please only call me in absolute emergencies only after checkin hours and ideally not during the night pretty please! :) Other things to note There is a penalty for each and every violation of the house rules listed below: 1) Late checkout - meaning handing over the keys from the room and leaving the building any later that 9:00 am. In this case it is 1000 CZK per each started hour, as this can cause a huge issue for us! 2) Unreported, unpaid for, overnight guest = in this case it is 1000 CZK per night for each extra guest not included in the airbnb booking, or that I was not specifically told about and agreed to in writing. 3) Any kind of excess cleaning caused by You = depends on the severity, but minimum 1000 CZK. 4) Any kind of excess noise caused by You = depends on the severity, impact on other guests, but minimum 1000 CZK. 5) Smoking in the room, apartment or building in general = 2000 CZK. 6) Not returning the key to box A, B, or C during self checkin - this can cause serious trouble for me, as guests arriving throughout the day and night might not be able to get inside the building because of this, resulting in penalties for me = 3000 CZK. 7) Other violations which may not be listed, but which cause any kind of inconvenience to me, any other tenants, or guests in the building.
