All guests are required to present themselves for temperature checking upon entry to the gate/building. Those with temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius shall not be allowed entry. 2. Each guest shall submit a copy of a Medical Certificate signed by a physician, or by the City or Barangay Health Office where the guest came from or resides, stating that the guest is not COVID19 Confirmed, Suspect or Probable case. The original Medical Certificate shall be presented to the PMO, together with a valid government-issued ID. 3. All unit owners and residents are encouraged to pre-register their guests with the Property Management Office (PMO) at least one (1) day before the date of visit, to minimize the queuing at the main gate. Unregistered or walk-in guests shall have to wait at the main gate as our Guard confirms the visit with the unit owner or resident. 4. Acceptance of guests are from 6:00AM to 8:00PM only.
