Charming apartment located in a 17th century building in the enchanting medieval village of Castiglione, a historic area overlooking the sea and protected by the ancient Aragonese walls. Thanks to its location, the apartment is at the ground floor and enjoys a magnificent view that ranges from the long coastline reaching the Argentario, to the wonderful natural parks of Daccia Botrona and Uccellina. Located just 600m (10min walk) from the beach and 100m from free parking lot. The space The apartment has elegant furnishings, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds (the first double, the second with 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and double glazing. Guest access The apartment is located in the historic pedestrian village of Castiglione overlooking the sea. To reach the apartment, just leave the car at the free parking lot in Piazza Caduti in Guerra, and proceed on foot for 100m (2 min) along the pedestrian streets of the ancient village. Other things to note A terrace is available, shared with the other guests and with the property, which can be reached via three flights of stairs. The washing machine is shared with the guests of the other two apartments in the building. It is not possible to play the piano shown in the photo as it is not functional and closed.
