Everything you desire for an escape. The space Perpus built in 2009 as a place for guests to relax and wind down in privacy. Set on a hillside with views from the full length veranda over the surrounding rural landscape. The bedroom has a queen bed and a single trundle bed. Fresh linen is provided and romantic touches such as fresh garden flowers. A large sliding door opens onto the veranda with a Day bed to read and bbq , Bar table to enjoy star gazing or breakfast in the sun. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and winter floor heating. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cook top, large fridge, microwave, oven, toaster and all the plates and cutlery needed. Other necessities such as fresh coffee, coffee plunger, tea ect are provided. Lounge has sofa bed and arm chair, TV with a large library of DVD's (there is no tv reception). A wood heater with local split hardwood to keep you warm in winter. A table with chairs. We have a WiFi hotspot for guests near the main homestead if needed. Guest access The Little House is all yours to enjoy in peace and privacy. It is located on a farm so please let us know if you would like to visit other parts of the farm. We would be happy to show you around. Other things to note The town of Elands is accessible by road from both WINGHAM or COMBOYNE or through 45 kms of state forest from WALCHA.
