Rustic Someo, Maggiatal

The cozy rustico from 1650 is a small, charming house, consisting of two houses connected by a small bridge, in the middle of the old village center of Someo. With the view over the authentic stone roofs, you can enjoy the flair of this special house and village. The space On the entrance floor there is a kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, a fireplace and a covered seating area across the entire width of the house. Upstairs there is a living room-bedroom with comfortable leather seating and double bed as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The covered gallery overlooking the vast area invites you to relax. The adjoining house, to the courtyard, offers a room (bed 140 cm). The bathroom (toilet/bath) is a few steps away. In the next house there is also a room (ceiling height 160 cm) that is intended for children, with two mattresses (180 x 180) for an additional max. 4 children (under the age of 14). However, this would have to be discussed with me before booking. -> The rooms of the adjoining house are closed when booking by a person or a couple who only need one bed. From the terrace, a granite staircase leads to the courtyard/cellar (washing machine) for shared use. Bring your own detergent when using. Guest access Many different games, paper for drawing, pens, hiking maps, books, music CDs, workshop/washing machine. Other things to note • One set of bed linens/shower towel per person is included in the price. However, if more bed linen or shower towels are needed, please leave the money on the table for Martina at the end: • Extra shower towel: +5.00 • Additional bed linen: 20.00 • For the tourist taxes in the canton of Ticino (3.25/p/day, incl. in the rental price), there is a booklet on the table that must be filled in with name, address, arrival/departure, ID number and signature upon arrival. For the number of people (+14 years old): Total number of people minus one person (the person completing the form is also considered one). Please leave the two leaves (white/blue) in the booklet.
