2 king+single rooms & 3 double comfortably sleeping 9+ £44 per person for a single room, £78 for 2 persons in a double/twin room. Breakfast add £12.00 pp per night. Min 2 nights or £10/room supplement for single night. Off-road parking. North coast 40 mins, South coast 1h, 12 miles to Glastonbury, 9 to Taunton, 7 to Bridgwater & 5 to Langport. Lovely local walks. Good local pub across road. River frontage. Washing machine, dishwasher, big kitchen/living area. Garden/BBQ. Parking off road. WiFi. The space Very spacious on 3 floors with nice views. Aside from being able to book bed and breakfast individually for 5/6 people, (or more, please ask) the annex can be booked as a whole (£ by negotiation) for self catering. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, TV & DVD player in the annex, which has a large spacious kitchen/living/dining area. (8 metres x 5.5 metres) All bedrooms also have TV's. Two rooms have a shower and sink, there is a shared bathroom for the remaining rooms and a second separate toilet. All rooms have double beds and two of the double rooms also have a single bed in each. There are two fold out beds also available. Guest access Large kitchen/living room, large private walled garden, BBQ facilities if required. Steps up to the river bank and easy access to the local pub across the road that serves great food. During your stay This is my home, I will interact with guests initially to familiarize them with the kitchen, garden, rooms etc, but obviously respect their privacy if that is their wish. I am usually on hand for any queries etc. and almost always contactable by mobile phone. Other things to note Well situated for excellent R.S.P.B. nature reserves at Westhay and Ham Wall, (20 minutes away) easy access on good roads to Glastonbury, (12 miles) Street, (10) Taunton, (9) Bridgwater, (7) Langport, (5) Yeovil, (15) North Somerset coast 40 minutes, South coast 1 hour. Other local attractions include Glastonbury Abby, Yeovilton Aircraft Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Westernzoyland Pumping Station Museum, (Open Sundays only) The West Somerset Railway, Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole, The English Willow and Wetlands Visitor Centre, Several exceptional National Trust Properties, and many others. So much to see.
