The space The apartment is accessible at ground level from the courtyard and is wheelchair accessible. It is lovingly decorated and well equipped: the living room with TV, HiFi, WiFi, double bed incl. bed linens, sofa bed, dining/work table + 3 chairs (suitable for outdoor use) and wardrobe. In the kitchen is, among other things: dishes & cutlery, cookware, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine with a supply of coffee pods, various teas, sugar, salt & pepper, dish towel, detergent, sponge and cleaning utensils. The bathroom: hand and bath towels, hairdryer, shower stool, shower/shampoo and hand soap. Guest access You have separate access to the apartment, where you will find everything you need for your self-catering. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The following shopping facilities are nearby: supermarket, 3 bakeries (also open on Sundays!), fruit/vegetables, butcher, pharmacy, flower shop, 2 banks, several restaurants and a gas station. Litzelstetten is particularly attractive due to its hillside location by the lake above Mainau Island. It is the first of the three hamlets already in the countryside on the Bodanrück between Untersee and Überlinger See. In fine weather, the view extends over the island of Mainau and the entire Obersee to the seemingly close Swiss, Austrian and Bavarian Alps. The tourist tax fee of €2.50 per person from 16 years of age/night is charged throughout the year by the city of Constance and is payable upon arrival. This entitles you to use all bus lines of the municipal transport companies free of charge.
