Welcome to our Mauldin home, a suburb of Greenville ! We are centrally located close to shopping and just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. Our home has plenty of parking, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a fenced backyard, back patio with eating area, plenty of indoor seating, good wifi, and 2 desk areas. Safe and established neighborhood just down the road from a park with a playground area. Perfect for families and those traveling for work! Contactless entry, cleaned with care! The space House sleeps 8 Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Twin over full bunk bed with pull out trundle *We provide a small amount of household products (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) to get you started for your stay, but please supply your own once these run out. *Washer and dryer is available for use, but please bring detergent if you plan to use it during your stay. *For your convenience, both a Keurig and coffee pot are available for use. Guest access Driveway is a double pad driveway with room for 4 cars. Other things to note Dogs are allowed but non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. Two dog maximum. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and should either be kept in a kennel or attended at all times.
