Vincentia Odd Cottage (self-catering) East London

Are you visiting East London for a holiday, attending a function, writing exams or participating in a sporting event. Vincentia Odd Cottage is a self catering unit situated in Vincent, East London, which can cater for a family of four. The unit is open plan with no inter leading doors . The cottage is charged per person so please ensure correct number of guests are included in the booking reservations. We are animal lovers and do have dogs on the premises that will bark as you come and go. The space There is a queen size bed and a double bunk that has a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top. The shower and basin area is next to the main bed. There is a separate toilet and an enclosed courtyard with table and chairs. Study desk and lamp is also available. The kichen is equipped with all the basics such as gas two plate stove, microwave and fridge. The lounge area has a TV with DSTV. Please note that the bedroom window does look out onto our splash pool and our sundeck area where my dogs sleep and play. The pathway to the cottage passes my Air bnb inside unit. The unit is not serviced daily but we will do a quick floor clean every 3rd or 4th day. Electricity cannot be guaranteed 24/7 due to Eskom loadshedding at various times of the day in our area. Guest access Only one parking space available on premises.There is a fairly short walk to the cottage along paved walkway through our garden/front lawn to the cottage which is situated at the back of our premises. Other things to note We have CCTV cameras around the premises for security. We do not have braai facilities. No parties, events or loud music will be allowed and only the number of guests booked will be allowed into the cottage. Area is relatively quiet but there are neighbourhood dogs that bark which we cannot control. Our dogs on the property will bark when they see you and do bark when other dogs bark but generally very good and well behaved. We do have 5-6am early morning joggers/walkers/runners going past the house so unfortunately neighbourhood dogs and my dogs will bark.
