Private bedroom in new house

Are you tidy, love animals and need a place to stay in Kabelvåg? Private room with 120 cm bed in brand new house. I rent out my guest room periodically to nice and social people on a trip to Lofoten. All the facilities in the house are shared with me and my pets. The space Semi-detached house in a quiet, newly established neighborhood. Spacious living room with high ceilings, fireplace, 75'' smart TV, sound system, large window and glass balcony. Kitchen with induction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all appliances. Lots of counter space with bar stools. Two bathrooms with shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer. Basement living room with 55" smart TV and work area. Storage room with microwave, freezer and fridge. Guest access Private parking on the property. No electric car charging. During your stay I live in the house with a dog and a cat. Have a roommate who works shifts. Happy to join trips and social activities. Always available on mobile. Other things to note The house is also home to two pets; Birk (Shiba Inu) and Elias (outdoor cat).
