Family Friendly Camping Getaway - Located approximately 1 mile from Village of Sodus Point, approx. 40 minutes from Rochester and within close proximity of restaurants, wineries, boating, fishing, trails, orchards, farm markets, parks, etc. Pool in park is generally open 2:00-8:00pm daily from July through Labor Day. The space Camper located in White Birch Community. Camper includes 1 Bedroom (Queen Bed) and Sofa Bed (Full Bed) Sunroom has Trundle Bed (Upper and Lower Twin Beds) and a Futon (Full/Queen Bed). NOTE: RENTERS MUST PROVIDE OWN SHEETS/BLANKETS/BEDDING AND OWN BATHING/SWIMMING TOWELS. Bed Pillows are provided. Two refrigerators; Air conditioning inside camper; Room air conditioner in Sunroom- Bathroom with camper style toilet and shower. Camper is located directly next to well maintained public bathhouse with toilets/showers. Laundry on park premises (pay machines). Paddle Boat/life jackets available for use upon request. Outdoor firepit. Garbage/Recycling in park. Hot water Heater must be turned on manually. Games, DVDs available. NOTE: TV is small & includes Roku to allow renters to access their personal Netflix, Hulu, etc accounts. Internet available. DVD player available with assortment of movies to watch. Short Term Boat/Trailer parking may be available in park upon request. Public Boat Launches are located in the Village. Every attempt is made to keep camper property safe and clean for an enjoyable experience. Please keep in mind that this is a camper/camping experience. Guest access Parking on site - Pull straight in and park close to camper - there is room for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicle must park in overflow parking area on WaterTower Way in designated spots for cars (don't block boat trailers) If there has been lots of rain use caution in parking by camper to prevent digging up the lawn. A Key will be available via a lockbox located on shed. Other things to note Park Rules Must be Followed: Quiet Hours are 11:00pm - 9:00am. Speed Limit 5 MPH; Use only designated pathways for walking; As precaution use bottled water for drinking.
