SC1: Wooden-stone chalet, garden, view - Pila

SC1 - HOUSE N°1 The house is in a small and quiet place called Les Gorres (municipality of Charvensod), in a perfectly central position between Aosta and Pila, reachable along about 1 km of private drive. The house is a two-floors wood and stone chalet located at 1382 meters above sea level, with well-kept green spaces and a breathtaking view of the valley and Aosta, suitable for both teenagers and families with children of all ages who want to spend a holiday in the Nature and out of the city. The space 1st HALF: AUTUMN + WINTER PHOTOS / 2nd HALF: SPRING + SUMMER PHOTOS The house is 80 m2 + 100 m2 of outdoor garden shared with the other chalet. On the ground floor we have a large living room with a double sofa bed and a wood stove, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower cubicle and a washing machine, while the upper floor has a large double bedroom and a large single bedroom, both with sloping ceilings, have the wooden floor and ceiling with exposed beams. In the single room there is a queen-size bed, a pull-out single bed and a puff that can be transformed into an additional bed (the puff can be moved to another room of the chalet according to needs). You can also request a 60cm x 120cm folding cot for a newborn (travel cot type) free of charge. The kitchen is complete with everything needed for cooking and dining, it has a large two-door fridge with freezer, a small electric oven (also microwave), a raclette and a grill. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial. The television is a SMART-TV type, useful for watching films and TV series on Netflix and Amazon Prime, or listening to music on Spotify and Youtube, and for doing everything that can be found in apps and websites via the Internet. A Bluetooth soundbar is available that you can connect to your mobile phone or computer for a better hearing experience of your favorite songs. On the first floor a TV in the attic bedroom. A removable gate is available on the first floor to prevent small children or pets from having access to the staircase alone. A clothesline, ironing board and iron are also available. Externally there is a large wood-burning oven where you can cook pizzas while in the garden there is a brick barbecue. There is also a ping-pong table and table football. The chalet can be reached after about 1 km of private asphalted road, reachable with your own car, Private car parking available for guests outside the chalet. Guest access The chalet is perfectly located in the Aosta Valley region. It can be reached by car in 10 minutes from the city of Aosta. Free parking is available immediately behind and close to the chalet. If necessary, I can recommend convenient car rental companies where you can rent a car for the duration of your holiday. Just 2 km from the house, in Les Fleurs, is the mid-station of the cable car, which takes you to both Pila and Aosta in just a few minutes. The village of Pila can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The chalet is perfectly located in the Aosta Valley region. Leaving the house in the morning, the iconic valleys of Courmayeur and La Thuile (Mont Blanc) can be reached in 40-45 minutes by car. The valleys of Valtournenche and Breuil-Cervinia (Matterhorn) can be reached in an hour by car. In an hour's drive you can reach the valleys of Brusson and Champoluc (Monte Rosa). Other things to note Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, which can also be used for smart working, with the option of using an additional monitor for your computer (see photo). The cost of firewood for the stove, oven, and barbecue is included in the price. Bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) and bathroom linens (small, medium, and large) are provided upon request. I am responsible for the initial and final cleaning of the chalet. Pets are welcome! The nearest supermarkets and shops are in Aosta. Grocery stores and convenience stores are located in Charvensod and Pila. As soon as you book on Airbnb, I will share the house's location on Maps for your use! I am flexible in changing the check-in and check-out dates, as well as the check-in and check-out times, based on your needs and arrival times.
