Stay at Gold River Camp +Cabins, a former gold and gem panning operation that was the site of the US' first Gold Rush. The space Labeled in Blue - Riverfront Sites are right on the river with a great stoney "beach" below at the river. Let the sounds of the rushing water lull you to sleep. These are primitive sites (no electric/water) - There is a fire pit and picnic table for each camp site. You may park directly at your site or across the lot in the parking spaces. Each site is directly on the water. There is NO electric or water at these sites, but there are plugs in the pavilion to charge devices and water available around the property. Site includes a picnic table and stone fire pit. These are not private tent camping spots, there are five spots together along the river.
