The space We as a couple, an architect and an interior designer, chose Aegina to build three independent villas that blend harmonically with its surrounding landscape above the historical old village "Pachia Rachi". At our home we enjoy private and quiet moments with its spectacular panoramic views facing the south side of Aegina, the islands of Moni, Agistri, Poros, the Peloponnese and a spectacular sunset. Pachia Rachi is a traditional mountainous village topped with beautiful churches and stone-made houses. Below the village you will find a hidden valley of the ancient 1,500 year old famous olive grove of Aegina, 'Elaionas'. Guest access Our home has 4 bedrooms. One en suite on the top floor, two large bedrooms with a spacious shared bathroom on the pool level floor, and one en suite bedroom. You will also find an extra WC, close to the pool, for your guests. You will also find: - A BBQ next to the pool - The villa is furnished with modern furniture - A fully equipped kitchen on the ground level, and a kitchenette on the pool level - A working fireplace, and autonomous heating, TV's - Parking space for 3 cars Other things to note In case you will need cleaning there is an extra cost depending of the hours you will need help.
