We are situated in the most beautiful, quiet part of Savina, with a sandy beach below the house and a view of the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. Studio apartment is equipped with: one french bed or double bed, one single bed, kitchen, bathroom, TV, cable TV, big terrace. It is just few steps from sea. The space The studio apartment is just a few steps from the beach and the sea. Other things to note Only guests that are registered in the accommodation are allowed to be there during the stay. Upon the arrival of the guests, we have to do the registration with the local authorities and pay the occupancy tax. Please prepare your passports so we can do it just upon your arrival. The price for an adult is 1 euro per night. For children 12-18 years is 0.5 euro. Children under 12 do not pay.
