The cottage is surrounded by three acres of landscaped gardens which are home to a wide variety of local bird life. The views from this private cottage are spectacular. The distinctive boomerang shape enables 280 degree panoramic views over the Johanna Valley, native forest and the majestic Southern Ocean. Our guests' comfort is our highest priority. Facilities include: Huge open living plan incorporating fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Accommodates four adults comfortably. Two small bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The living area features quality leather furnishings. Situated on 3 acres of landscaped gardens. Large bathroom with spa and separate shower, automatic washing machine. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Disabled persons facilities. Polished hardwood Jarrah floorboards. Vaulted pine lined ceilings. Leadlight features. 3.3m (10'10") high windows enabling panoramic views day and night. Extensive wrap around verandah & BBQ. Wood fire with wood supplied in the cottage. Other things to note Extra persons are $90.00 per adult and $50.00 per child per night. (infants under the age of 2 no charge) A portacot is available for infants. Bedding configuration is two queen size beds. A maximum of four guests per cottage.
