Budget Home Inn in the center of Surfers Paradise

This is an independent granny flat, in the heart of the city, with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. There is a beautiful deck, garden, pool, and backyard. You can enjoy and relax while gazing at the sunset, river views, and garden views. There are many cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops around here. Down the street, you can get a gym, massage parlor, art gallery, cinema, theater and bus stops. The Sunday Farmers' market aren't that far away either. Just 5 minutes drive and you'll be at Surfers Paradise. The space The granny flat is fully renovated, and separate from the main house. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, hall, a full kitchen, and laundry. One bedroom has a river view. Another one has a pool view. There is air conditioning in every room. Guest access PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING - BELOW IS A LIST OF OUR HOUSE RULES. For the comfort and safety of all my guests and my neighbor's right to enjoy their properties, this house is entirely NON-SMOKING. That means INSIDE and OUTSIDE in the courtyards. Also, it is NOT a party house. PARTY is defined as Hen's nights, Stag nights, Boy's nights, loud drinking sessions, or any type of activity that results in noise that impacts our neighbors. IF YOU DON'T FEEL YOU CAN COMPLY WITH THE NOISE POLICY THEN THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR YOU. ANY BREACHES WILL BE REPORTED TO AIRBNB WHICH COULD RESULT IN YOU BEING THROWN OFF THE AIRBNB PLATFORM AND GUARANTEE YOU A NEGATIVE REVIEW. PLEASE ACQUAINT YOURSELF WITH THE AIRBNB POLICY ON PARTIES & NOISE. We do expect you to comply with basic hygienic and Covid safe cleaning procedures outlined in the Welcome manual. Also please bear in mind that guests are often booked back to back. Leave the area in good order to enable efficient cleaning. During your stay Provide one bike if the guest needs. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE - there are a few stairs. Children are welcome. Free carport. Many roadside car park spaces. Free parking time is on Sat & Sun. Mon to Fri from 5 pm to 9 am.
