Our 140 m2 cottage is therefore composed of - a living room (living room/kitchen/dining room) of 80 m2. - 2 bedrooms with 160*200 bed (or 2x80*200), with adjoining bathroom and toilet - 1 upstairs bedroom with 160*200 bed - 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. - 1 sofa bed in the living room - 1 upstairs bathroom (shower and sink) - 1 laundry room with washing machine/dryer and toilet - 1 children's play mezzanine (+2 single beds) - 1 outdoor spa available year-round The space A 1600 Auvergne barn, renovated with ecological and natural materials and cozy and colorful decoration. Guest access The gîte will probably be open because we are just next door. If we are away, the keys will be in the lockbox, located in the airlock.
