The space This compact, 18 sqm studio has been completely renovated in 2014 and it was designed for short/long-term occupancy. Located on the second floor, it can be accessed by stairs or with an elevator. Although it is situated in a popular and lively part of Chamonix, the apartment is very quiet. The studio is a small, all-in-one space with a well-planned layout; bathroom and north facing balcony. Please note, there is no separate bedroom. Key Features: - Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes an fullsize oven, fridge with a small freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, two percolators, a kettle, toaster, vitro stove with two hobs, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. - Sleeping arrangement: A comfortable, foldable IKEA double sofa bed (140cm x 200cm) and single duvets and pillows are provided for each guest. Balcony shutter can be closed for complete darkness. - Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, shelf space, a washing machine, washing detergent, a hairdryer, basic toiletries, and towels for both guests. - Additional Amenities: The apartment also includes an ironing board, iron, drying rack, two full-size wardrobes for storage space. - Light and Climate: The north-facing apartment receives afternoon sun. Exterior shutters on the windows help manage light. The apartment features underfloor heating (throughout the building), a separate , wall mounted electric oil heater, which retains the heat long after it has been turned off, and a small fan for hot days. - Connectivity: A private, superfast wifi connection was installed in August 2023. - Entertainment: Please note: This property does not have a TV. There are books and magazines. The balcony has chairs and tables where to relax and to enjoy the mountain views.
