The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden. The space Please note, the Little House has two steep and narrow staircases (one with uneven steps), as well as several steps at the entrance to the property. As such, this may not be suitable for all potential guests. The Little House is suitable for children (bunk beds and toys in the second bedroom!), but there are some features (e.g. concrete steep staircase) that you need to be mindful of for very young children. Please do ask us about what child safety features we have in place to help you assess whether this is the right property for you.
