The house is equipped with everything you need, from a hairdryer, to a capsule coffee machine, to blankets and kitchen and bathroom linen. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. We are very attentive to cleanliness, because we consider it the first business card. The special feature of the house is our loggia, which with seven large windows overlooks the Umbrian Valley with a wonderful view. Guest access Guests can access the house through an antique door that faces the street. Entry is with an electronic key, which will be provided at the time of in-person check-in. Once inside, you will go upstairs through an internal wooden staircase, and the entire house is on one level, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay. Guests have the entire house at their disposal, with no reserved or inaccessible areas. The rooms are all very spacious and comfortable, with high exposed wooden ceilings that amplify the feeling of space and freedom. In addition, from most of the windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, giving a unique and relaxing atmosphere. At the end of the hall, you can directly access our Antica Loggia, a charming corner where, comfortably seated on the sofas, you can enjoy an aperitif or simply converse, immersed in an exceptional panorama that changes at any time of the day.
