Guest Overflow

This apartment is not for rent. If we haven't already spoken please don't book this listing it is not for rent, it's for calendar management of guest overflow. If I have directed you to this link then you can proceed and will be staying in the apartment we discussed. The space The living room has a deep couch to lounge and watch TV, streaming apps (enter your user name and password) including cable and fast wifi two huge and comfortable Mr. Wonderful chairs for reading, meditating or pondering life. In the bedroom a king sized Tempur-Pedic mattress awaits your slumber, with crisp linens. Original parquet floors, well stocked small kitchenette with place settings for 2 people (although why would you want to cook when you can eat in or out at a different restaurant each night). Refrigerator/freezer, sink, stove/oven, microwave, French press, coffee machine, tea kettle, pots/pans, spatula, tongs, spoon, utensils. Eat breakfast, lunch or dinner or work on the dining console. To refresh or unwind fresh towels: a bathroom with pedestal sink, toilet, and shower/tub combination, with amazing hot water and pressure. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. You'll find such necessities as an: iron and ironing table, in the closet. A professional housekeeper cleans and disinfects the entire apartment and its contents, we also employ a laundry service which washes all towels: kitchen, hand, washcloths, shower curtain, bath towels; sheets, protective pillowcases, throw pillows and mattress protector as well as quilts, duvets, duvet pillow covers and comforters prior to your arrival after each and every stay. A radiator (that makes occasionally gurgles) to keep you very warm in the winter (please let us know if you are too hot or too cold after check in), please don’t adjust the radiator without speaking to us first, as you can cause significant damage to the heating system. There is one powerful AC unit in each room, the air conditioners make a humming noise. Please note due to availability you may not get the exact suite pictured or booked, but might be accommodated in a comparable one in the brownstone (for example if you book a studio suite, or a 1 bedroom suite). I will always go over the available options with you. We will send you a rental agreement for stays over 28 days. If you need to wash your clothing, a laundromat is two blocks way, there is also pick up and drop off service should you desire it. Should you require a housekeeper ours can be arranged for an additional fee. If you traveling with additional people ask me about availability in our other suites If you decide to book with us please talk to me. I like to get to know my guests have an open dialogue. Also please provide your complete travel itinerary including airline name, and flight number for your Arrival and Departure. If you are driving or taking public transportation please also let us know, as we have to coordinate check in/out and housekeeping. Finally, please let us know AT TIME OF BOOKING if you will require early check-in or late check out as we usually have back-to-back guests so we must schedule cleaning in advance that way we can be sure to accommodate everyone. We can very rarely accommodate last minute requests. You’re welcome to use anything and everything. Just please let me know if you’ve broken anything in advance. Guest access The entire space is yours. Please treat it as such. Other things to note This is a building is in a vibrant and eclectic family neighborhood in the middle of NYC. You might hear coming and goings as well as some noise. You will hear the steam within the radiators hiss, bang and gurgle, in the summer you'll hear the hum of the air conditioners. This suite imbues an amazing positive energy and provides an escape from the city's hustle. A peaceful yet energetic relaxing, home away from home, Located in a 180+ year old traditional brownstone, we have left the suite intentionally rustic. The kitchenette and bathroom are small. There are four flights of stairs to climb, the view along with the peace and serenity of having no neighbors on top of you makes it all worth it.
