This pretty little town has several small shops, restaurants and cafés aswell as supermarkets, a hotel, a fortress museum and a cinema. Vaxholm is also a hub for th local boat traffic which operates in the archipelago so island trips are easy to arrange. Stockholm offers the usual attractions of a capital city - shopping, museums (including the world famous "Wasa museum" & ABBA museum), restaurants and cafes, the "old town", amusement park and ofcourse the unique Stockholm archipelago.
