Share with me and my cats on a farm near Stirling

I'm a young professional female sharing my beautiful detached barn conversion home near Stirling. You'll have your own private bedroom/s, shower, bathroom and toilets. You'll have exclusive use of the hot tub too! We'll share the kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry, parking, bathroom and garden. * Rural location * 10 mins Stirling * 30 mins Glasgow * 40 mins Edinburgh I have two super friendly cats and a wee flock of chickens. I can host up to 8 (2 king size beds + floor mattresses) The space My home is a beautiful big barn conversation situated on a farm just outside the town of Denny near Stirling. You'll share with just me. I have two private lockable bedrooms available, both with king size beds and built in wardrobes. I have additional sleeping space in the form of 2 king size floor mattress and 2 single floor mattresses. Therefore I can host up to 8 people. You'll have your own private shower room/toilet facilities and we will share the bathroom, kitchen, dining area, huge lounge (with lazyboy sofas, big TV and dancing pole), garden and laundry facilities. Outside I have a large private garden which has a hot tub, BBQ, vegetable garden and patio furniture. The hot tub will be sanitised prior to your arrival and will be for your exclusive use during your stay. There's plenty of parking just outside the house. There is wifi here with smart speakers and smart heating. My space is unique as it is in a lovely quiet rural setting yet so close to places you want to be going to! All utilities are included in the nightly rate (including unlimited use of the hot tub), and as part of your stay, please help yourself to my free range eggs from my family of chickens. Guest access You will have your own house and room key/s and be free to come and go as you please. There is plenty of off-road parking here. I am on a bus route so it's easy to get to Glasgow and Stirling. During your stay I am happy to chat, socialise, cook and eat together if you like, or equally I'm happy to give you space. During your stay, my home is your home. I'm happy to share basic amenities like milk, sugar and coffee. You may use as much internet, electricity, hot water, gas etc as you need to. I am always available via phone :) Other things to note I have two indoor/outdoor cats (Cassie and Fatty) who might pester you for cuddles! I also have a small flock of chickens who remain cooped when I have guests. My neighbours have cats, dogs, peacocks and exotic birds. I live next to working farmland so I often have sheep or cows in the neighbouring fields. I will consider well behaved pets, please message me to discuss! COVID-19: Please adhere to current government restrictions regarding travel and social distancing etc. Please do not arrive if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with symptoms of COVID-19, or are otherwise self-isolating. This is NOT suitable accommodation for quarantine or isolation. Hot tub: The hot tub will be sanitised prior to your arrival, and for the duration of your stay it will be for your EXCLUSIVE use, to avoid any risk of droplet/aerosol transmission. Enhanced cleaning: I have committed to Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. All shared areas are thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival with all surfaces sanitised and linen washed at 60 degrees. Hand sanitiser, masks and disinfectant wipes will be available. There will be at least 24 hours between bookings.
