Beautiful “old school” cottage near Rørvig

Cozy cottage located in the lovely area of Østerlyng between beautiful Rørvig and Nykøbing Sj. Walking distance to grocery store, cycling distance to beach and forest and close to town. The house is built as an artist's studio, and was originally one large room. We have since made a small children's room and a half wall in the living room, where there is a bedroom in a little alcove style. The house is a bit primitive in the sense that there is only an outdoor bathroom, and the toilet is located in a small building by itself. The space There is a living room with two single beds, which are also used as sofas. Behind a half wall is a bedroom with a double bed. There is a spacious kitchen with a small dining area and access to the garden. In continuation of the kitchen is a small children's room with bunk beds. On the grounds is an annex with a double bed, however, without electricity and heat, so it is only open in the summer months. The toilet with sink is located in a small separate building, and there is only an outdoor bath - however, with hot water. There is no wifi, pool or luxury in any way, but we think it is part of the charm of having an old-fashioned cottage that is a bit in contrast to what you have at home on a daily basis :-) The house is not suitable for sharing as such, as there is no enclosed sleeping area. But if you are a small family or friends who think it is nice to live close together in a little "boarding school style" it is just the house for you :-)
