The front of our house has been converted into an air conditioned, private, self contained apartment with views to the city skyline and Bondi beach Large timber deck with views of the beach. Located in a quiet street on the Ben Buckler headland only a few minutes walk down to the beach Free Wifi Sony TV . Free parking a short distance (300m) away or a permit can be purchased from Bondi Pavillion for unlimited parking $63 for 30 days We hope you will love this place as much as we do 😊 The space The apartment is air conditioned and completely private, opening onto a garden courtyard with outdoor setting, you have your own private entry. The interior features timber floors , block out blinds and new furniture. A parking permit is available for $63 for 30 days or $31.50 for 10 days ..to be collected from the Bondi Pavillion . It has one bedroom, with a new queen sized bed with fresh linen ( Egyptian cotton ), a bed side table and lamp and a built in wardrobe. You have a choice of pillows. The large living/lounge room opens out onto a roof top terrace ( 30 m2) that has views of the most famous beach in Australia . The sofa is a pull out bed that comfortably sleeps two. There is a kitchenette and a dining nook. Sony Smart TV for your favourite shows (Netflix available) and Bose Bluetooth sound to connect to your favourite music. The living space has a 3 seater sofa, a lounge chair, rugs , air conditioner , TV and wireless speaker, and dining table for 4. The kitchenette is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, small hot plates along with cutlery, crockery, glassware. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar are all provided as are basic kitchen products (washing up liquid,tablets for dish washer, surface spray, cloths, tea towels, garbage bags). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with white towels and complimentary amenities (sunscreen, shower gel, insect spray, shampoo/conditioner). It takes less than 5 minutes to walk down to the beach and there are cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, laundromat and a bus interchange 100 m away. Strictly no smoking . Guest access The apartment is completely self contained, and completely private with a separate entrance however we are close by should any need arise. The unit is conveniently situated on the ground floor. Parking permit is available to be collected from Bondi pavillion $63 for 30 days .
