The space The property offers an intimate and welcoming environment, consisting of three bedrooms, with a shared bathroom, large and well-equipped. During the day, the breakfast room turns into a versatile space where guests can read, surf the internet, relax, or enjoy an afternoon tea. A microwave for snacks and a small refrigerator are available for guests to use. Located in a residential neighborhood surrounded by greenery, the property is just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Going up San Rocchino, you reach Piazza Marsala, Via Roma and finally Piazza De Ferrari. The area is reminiscent of a small town, with local shops where you can buy fresh food, vegetables and cheeses, or simply enjoy a coffee. Nearby is the Villa Gruber park, ideal for walks and moments of relaxation. Bus stop number 36, Ospedale Evangelico stop, is just a 5-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can walk to Corso Magenta, where in Via Bertani you will find the Sant'Anna Funicular, or the Castelletto Esplanade, with the elevator that leads to Piazza Portello, near Via Garibaldi. Il Ciottolo is perfect for those looking for a warm and welcoming atmosphere, far from the aseptic nature of traditional hotels. Managed by a young couple with experience of travel and stays abroad, the typical Genoese house, with its grit and sea views, will make you feel at home right away, immersed in the notes of De Andrè. Guest access Guests have access to the living room, available 24 hours a day, with free Wi-Fi and a well-stocked library. No smoking on the property. Access to the bathroom is shared with two other rooms, one single and one double, and you are required to enter the bathroom only with slippers. A washing machine service is available at a cost of 5 euros. Breakfast is included in the living room. During your stay I live in the same apartment and am often present, as I work from home during the day. Guests can easily find me for any needs or questions. Other things to note During this period, the room is quieter as work is underway on the facade of the building. Check-in must be arranged in advance, as there is no 24-hour reception; check-in closes at 10:00 p.m. In August, check-in is available from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The bathroom, always clean, is shared between a maximum of five people. Pre-packaged Italian breakfast is available for DIY. There is a cat in the property.
