Lovely room, free parking, near Oktoberfest

Only 500m to metro. 12 minutes by metro to the Oktoberfest 13 minutes by metro to the centre 15 minutes by car to the Starnberger See Cosy double bedroom in quiet neighborhood including doublebed (200x200 cm) and sofa. A small dresser, a small table, coffee machine, microwave and dishes are also there for use. The room is in the basement of a row house. Next to the room is your own privat big bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The space You live in the basement of a rowhouse. The sleeping room, the big bathroom and the toilet are new renovated and private. The corridor in between has a small table and is sometimes used by us to visit the pantry. The apartment has a double bed (200x200cm), bedcover, pillows, towels, a sofa, a small table with two chairs, a shower, a sink, a washing machine, a dryer, a coffee machine (Saeco lavazza, Mio), a toilet, some dishes. Other things to note We have got two cats who were feeded in the room next to the floor.
