After a busy day exploring London, retreat to an oasis of calm in this modernised, chic Victorian house with a mix of modern and antique styles and lots of natural light. Gaze up at the stars under the skylights. This is one of three different rooms we have just specially converted for Airbnb in our newly renovated grand Victorian house in the wonderful enclave of Crouch End. The room is light and spacious and all newly furnished with a king size bed with Tempur Pedic mattress and a private ensuite bathroom. You will love it because it has all been architect-designed with high ceilings, flooded with light and great access to Crouch End and Finsbury Park. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, and your bathroom has heated mirrors to avoid misting up, as well as a heated towel rail and Hansgrohe shower. We have been very successfully hosting Airbnb guests in our former house over the last year - please see reviews by clicking on me as the host! You have a private room and bathroom, and shared use of a dedicated Airbnb kitchen on the same floor, so you can pop out in the morning in your dressing grown to make your coffee/tea, have your breakfast, or even cook a meal if you're so inclined! We live on a separate floor in the house with a separate kitchen, so you will have plenty of privacy and independence. I am more than happy to provide whatever support or advice you need to make sure you enjoy your stay in London! I also operate a pop-up restaurant downstairs once a month, so you can book to attend that if your dates coincide. Crouch End is a wonderful mix of urban and rural London, with the feel of a safe and cool village, yet only four miles from the city centre. There are a multitude of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and cinemas five minutes away on foot. Our house is 8 minutes by bus from Finsbury Park station (Victoria and Picadilly lines, plus overground trains). There are also buses to Archway and Kings Cross directly from Crouch End, and a train line from Crouch Hill which connects to the Overground line at Highbury & Islington. Crouch End is a great location, only 8 minutes from Finsbury Park station.
