Stylish and modern apartment (110sqm) in historic Villa Romenthal in beautiful nature surrounding. Close to the beautiful town center of Diessen and only 900 m to lake Ammersee. Apartment with own terrace and garden access. The space Our apartment is situated on the lower level of the villa (Souterrain) and has a large living- and dining room with access to your own terrace and to the huge garden. Next to a separate bedroom with 1,80m boxspring bed, there is another king sized bed (2x2m) in the living room area. Further there is a small modern kitchen and a small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the living room you will find a Flatscreen TV and a Hifi system. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine. Throughout the apartment you can enjoy free Wifi. Guest access Our guests are welcome to use the garden including the trampoline and the swing. You also have access to a washing machine and a dryer in the basement. Other things to note We have a minimum stay of 3 or 5 days (depending on the season). To access the apartment you will need to walk a couple of steps down.
