The ceiling is well insulated so noise should be minimal and we will observe quiet times posted in house rules. Come enjoy your home away from home with beautiful views! The apartment has a lovely open floor plan with all the comforts of home. We have thoroughly and thoughtfully stocked it so that you don’t have to wonder where something is. Of course if you need anything at all, don’t hesitate to ask. Our pride and joy is the patio are with comfortable furniture, a great stainless steel barbecue, and of course the jacuzzi, a top of the line, brand new Bullfrog spa for 6 people. We are happy to assist you in anything you may need and look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests have their own private parking area, locking patio & jacuzzi, private entrance to the apartment, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. We do have a playground out back that is generally private, but if you are coming with kids and would like to use, please just let us know beforehand. Other things to note Be sure to check out nearby Water Canyon and Maxwell Park, both rival any hike in Zion! Our amazing grocery store Bee’s Marketplace is just 8 minutes away. It has everything you could possibly need including Beans N’ Brews, Arctic Circle, bakery and deli, fresh sushi, beer & wine garden etc.
