Marbella - 14 beds, heated pool, panoramic views

Lavishly decorated property (2018) in a ~40-house urbanization with domestic security. Located on a hill just east of Marbella (Torre Real). Quiet. Walking distance (600m) to beach and beach restaurant/lounge (Trocadero Arena). Heated pool, A/C, under floor heating in all floors, 2 living rooms; one of which media room with projector / large screen. Water purifier. Bose stereo both inside and outdoors. Comfort 207cm beds with down duvets and pillows. Dbl beds may separate in 2 rooms The space NB! Out of courtesy to our neighbors, we have decided to only rent to people >30 of age. Nor do we make our villa available to stag or hen nights or large parties. 40 sq m sun sail that can cover anywhere between 0-100% (1-7 sun beds) of north side of the pool in shade. Play ground, golf course (Rio Real), beach, beach promenade ("paseo maritimo"), beach restaurant all in the "immediate" vicinity (within 1 km). Numerous beaches and beach clubs (Nikki Beach, Ocean Club, Sylt, Beach Club, Casanis, etc., etc.) and golf courses (Santa Clara, Marbella, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha, La Quinta, Atalaya, Paradise, Santa Maria) within a 10-15 min. car ride. A handful of tennis courts (Don Carlos, Racket Club, Royal Tennis, Puente Romano) within a 10-15 min. car ride. Puerto Banus within a 15 min. car ride. Malaga within 35-40 min. Ronda and Gibraltar within 60 min. Sierra Nevada (Ski resort; host to the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in 1996 and occasional subsequent World Cup races ) within 2 1/2 hours. Guest access The entire house and its garden is available to guests. Like most people, we would prefer to rent our home to people who treat it like their own. Again, regrettably, we do not want to accommodate stag or hen parties/trips. We totally approve of the concept, however just not at our place. :-) Other things to note During FIFA World Cups, UEFA European Cups, Olympics and large tournaments, the media room provides a nice bonus.
