There is plenty of room to run around and kick a ball and there is a cubby house. The cottage has reverse cycle AC in the main living/kitchen area, all bedrooms have ceiling fans, there is an oil heater in the main bedroom and all beds have electric blankets. The fire place is not in use. Other things to note There is approximately 500m of unsealed main road prior to the property entrance. The driveway is approximately 800m and that is also unsealed.
