Great restaurants & shops for everyday needs, gym, swimming pool & sauna in the surrounding area. The space The 38 m² apartment (ground floor right) is independent of the rest of the house, has its own access and has unlimited Internet. All utilities (gas, water, electricity) are included! Linens & towels are always included. Toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags and everyday necessities can be purchased in the shops in the area. Bedroom with a queen-size bed & 3-meter built-in closet. Sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The apartment has a high-quality shower room, a modern pantry kitchen with two induction hobs. Pots, pans, fridge with freezer compartment as well as dishwasher, dishes, cups and glasses for 4 people. The living room has an extendable dining table for up to 5 people. There is a TV (satellite) with a Fire TV stick. Here you can stream via your own Amazon or Netflix access. In addition, various books, DVD players, Senseo coffee machine, toaster & kettle are available. There is an iron & ironing board. There is seating for 4 people on the terrace. The Internet speed is about 50 Mbps. Charging electric vehicles and bicycles is not permitted! Guest access There is a private 24/7 access with key (key box with code). Parking on the street in front of the house or in designated parking areas in the vicinity.
