Small wooden house

Wooden house on a plot where I live in the heart of the village of Lit-et-Mixe in the Landes. A 3-minute walk from the village, peaceful neighborhood. The rental accommodation has one floor: on the ground floor the living room and kitchen and upstairs the bedrooms. Close to the ocean, 10 minutes by car, free shuttles set up by the municipality in July/August. The space Wooden house with a floor ideal for enjoying a relaxing summer. What could be better after a day at the beach to end the day on the terrace with a barbecue. The accommodation is * A private terrace (available: barbecue). * Living room / Kitchen (induction hob, oven, coffee maker and Senseo, fridge, microwave), 3 seater sofa + armchair, TV, dining table and chairs + child's high chair. * Bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, washing machine. * Floor: two bedrooms with cupboards. One bedroom with a 140 bed + 1 extra bed 1 seater in 90 (on the floor), the other bedroom 1 bed in 140. In the closet, a travel cot if the tenants come with a baby. * Air conditioning on the ground floor (kitchen, living room), no air conditioning in the two bedrooms upstairs, electric radiator. Guest access You have 2 houses on the plot: * Private parking, with a three-car shelter, you have a parking space available. * My home (at the back of the plot that can be seen in the photos). Other things to note Traditional, warm village nestled in the heart of the Landes forest. The beaches are nearby, and remain quite wild. You can enjoy cycling on forest paths (green path). Bike path: Bourg de Lit et Mixe / Cap de l'Homy beach, Uza village to Lévignacq. Free shuttles are available by the municipality to get to Cap de l 'Homy and Contis beach (several stops at different places: village center, shops, Contis Plage). The schedules will be sent to you otherwise there is a tourist office in the center of the village for any information on the surrounding routes or discoveries, wifi access to the village square.
