"La Villa Bourgeois" was built in 1817 by a cassis farmer who lived there with his family. Nowadays it's used for groups who want to spend special holidays. In the ground floor there is a big kitchen, a dining room and 2 common rooms. One of it is a gaming room with Billard, Kicker and a lot of table games. There is also one sleeping room in the ground, the others are on the first floor as the bathroom. The space We are a cultural, artistic, social, eco work and life project called "Anwesend". The property is around 1 ha big with a few houses, a big park and the river Vingeanne. There are a lot of opportunities for different kinds of activities e.g. there is a big traditional pizza oven, a boules course and many games like Billard, Dart, table games... If you like to use one of these things you can talk to us! If you want to use the Pizzeria we offer that we prepare the wood and heat up the oven. It takes 3 hours to get the oven hot, it costs 60 € for the wood and the work. Other things to note Please consider: It is an old rustic and natural house, in which there may also be cobwebs and spiders. In addition, some pieces of furniture and tiles are a bit older and do not look 100% clean, even if they have been cleaned! We clean the house carefully before arrival, but sometimes the odd dust cannot be avoided. Please be aware of this before you come to stay at our place. There is only one bathroom with a bathtub and a boiler, which means that with larger groups, care should be taken that the last ones also have hot water ;) There is another shower in the laundry room, but it is not as comfortable and does not offer much privacy.
