Come see for yourself … The space Chalet Underhill is a spacious semi-detached property situated in the Austria Alps, close to Italy. It is a fully functioning holiday home, with all the facilities you would expect. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional downstairs toilet you could easy holiday with extended family, or share with friends. South facing, with a balcony, a patio for barbecues and a garden, it is delightful all year round. And during the winter season the underfloor heating will keep you warm. Guest access Chalet Underhill has a driveway which can accommodate 2 cars. It also has a carport, which one of the cars can be parked underneath. Chalet Underhill is a whole holiday letting. There will be nobody else in the property except for you. Other things to note Kötschach-Mauthen requires guests to be registered for Tourist Tax purposes. The additional cost of €2 per person per night covers this fee. I will need to collect some details off you prior to your stay so I can register you with the local municipal for Tourist Tax purposes.
