Welcome to Samui Holidays Residence! The residence is located at LAMAI beach, in the southeast of the island. Its location is ideal, in a quiet street just 100 meters from shops, restaurants, the beach is a 5-minute walk away. This magnificent apartment (175m²) is located on the 1st floor with a view of the swimming pool and nature. One motorbike's taxi is available at the residence. Cars have to park in the street. The space This apartment can accommodate 6 people very comfortably. Apartment for 4 people (2 bedrooms) is available in the residence. He understands: - large living room with lounge and fully equipped American kitchen - 3 bedrooms each with bathroom, toilet and dressing room - large terrace (40 m²) with dining area + sunbeds The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace is intended for eating meals and relaxing on the deck chairs. The rooms are equipped with King size beds and have a private bathroom and toilet. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and fans in all rooms and the terrace. Safe in each apartment Smart TV Free wifi internet connection. Surveillance of common areas by CCTV Guest access This apartment occupies the entire first floor of our residence which comprises 3 apartments only. The swimming pool is shared by the 3 apartments. The House Rules are available in each apartment. Other things to note Additional charges, payable by the traveler upon check-out: your electricity (8 THB/kWh) . Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. A security deposit of 10,000 THB (or another currency) to cover any potential damages or deterioration must be paid upon check-in. The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out in the same currency.
