Our lovely studio is located in Chelsea and close to many attractions and transport links. Located on the ground floor, the studio is within a hotel and residence building. A comfortable double bed awaits, made with fresh hotel-quality linen and towels for your use. Storage is available under the bed and in the closet. The bathroom features complimentary toiletries for your stay. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook a meal. There is also a desk if you need to get some work done. TV, WiFi and a washing machine are available for your use. The studio also comes equipped with an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Please note that construction works in the building may cause some noise disturbance, and there is currently no estimated end date for these works. Guest access On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout Other things to note Construction works in the building of the apartment, there may be some noise disturbance. No ETA when they are finished. The property does not use gas for utilities, therefore no carbon alarm is required. Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
