The front door (with number code lock) opens at any time with your personal keycode and therefore allows you a completely flexible arrival. Traveling to multiple or just want more space? No problem, our cozy roof studio not only offers a lot of space, but is equipped with a king-size double bed and also offers space for 2 more guests on the cozy sofa bed. This means you can enjoy another 4 sleeping places alone in the roof studio. Optionally, there is also enough space for a cot. On the 2nd floor there are 2 regular bedrooms.. Roundabout: In the first room there is a small wardrobe and behind it the spacious dining area. . LIVING & DINING ROOM: The table offers space for everyone - not only for dining, but you can also start the first game of chess or the like on the built-in playing boards or just sit comfortably together;-) Of course, we provide you with a highchair if necessary. From there, you can enter the kitchen. . KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob stove & oven, microwave, as well as dishwasher & large fridge. Of course, there are enough pots, plates, cups, etc., so that the home cooks among you can get started right away... From there you enter the first bedroom. BEDROOM 1: Large bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with adjustable headboards. The cozy Biedermeier couch invites you to read a book or watch TV (IP TV with full HD 32“). Of course, there is a large wardrobe. In addition, you can access the second bedroom from there using the connecting door. BEDROOM 2: Here there is the same double bed as in bedroom 1, also a spacious closet, sitting area and TV (IP TV with full HD 32“), etc. You can also access the south-east balcony from here. Of course, you also have the possibility to set up a crib in this room. Alternatively, you can enter this room via the second hallway. You can also access the large light-flooded bathroom from the hallway. In addition to a very large shower (1.20 x 0.80), you can also make yourself comfortable in the bathtub. In addition, there is of course also a toilet and a washing machine.. A staircase leads one floor higher to the large roof studio. A large bright room awaits you. On one side is a king-size double bed, of course also with adjustable headboards. On the other side of the room, you could make yourself really comfortable on the large couch. This couch can also be used as a double bed.. **As of now, the large roof studio is always included in the price:-) TOWELS & BED LINEN: Of course we provide bed linen & towels for all of you for the duration of your stay. BALCONY: The south-east-facing balcony invites you to start the day with an outdoor breakfast. You have a table and chairs, as well as, of course, a large parasol. SHED: There is also a large shed on the property. In a separately lockable compartment, you will find enough space to store motorcycles, bicycles, skis, snowboards or the like. GARDEN: The large garden offers all guests enough space to lie together in the sun or to read a book in peace and quiet under a shady tree. Of course, garden loungers are also available for the duration of your stay.
