The villa's indoor area of 90m2 expands over a single, elevated floor, it has a large veranda (36m2) and it faces northwest, with a splendid view. It has two yards, full of flowers and with excellent views, one towards the East, where you'll also find the swimming pool, and the other towards the West, en suite to the veranda. It is autonomous and detached, it ensures full privacy and, just like its "sisters" villas and it offers a panoramic view of the area.
