Amiens house of 75 m2 ideal for 4 but can accommodate 5 people with the provision of a 100 x 190 single bed (with extra charge) that we can place in the large bedroom. The house consists of: on the ground floor entrance, living room (23 m2), equipped kitchen (10 m2), toilet and bathroom. You access the 1st floor by a staircase (16 steps) arriving on a corridor, a 1st bedroom of 9 m2 with a double bed (140 × 190) and a 2nd bedroom of 13 m2 with double bed (160 × 190) The space The house is a 15-minute walk to the city center. Street parking is available free of charge. You will find all the shops nearby (bakery, restaurants, tobacco, supermarket...) within 100 m Guest access The house is fully accessible. Other things to note We can be flexible on check-in and checkout times according to our schedule. We leave the choice to guests regarding cleaning. It is possible to pay for this service for €50 or the guest can do the cleaning themselves before their departure.
