The apartment is on the second floor. The space You will be in a well-equipped, comfortable and suitable space for AIRBNB. You will have everything you need and with quality, but this is a simple residence just like the home of many Brazilians, so DO NOT expect great details in the decoration or a high-end apartment. In the future, we will improve on these points. ACCOMMODATIONS • Bedroom (A) with 1 double bed. • Bedroom (B) with 2 single beds and mattresses upon need. Bedding: We provide bedding suitable for the season. In summer, we only provide light sheets for comfort, while in winter we provide blankets. Parking: A standard size parking space is offered inside the condominium. If your vehicle does not fit properly in the designated space, it cannot remain on site. Ventilation: There is one fan per room. Kitchen: Accommodation equipped with essential utensils, including dishes, cutlery, pots and glasses. Cleaning: We do not charge a cleaning fee. Therefore, the apartment must be delivered in the same condition in which it was received. Television: The television available in the apartment is a Smart TV. We do not offer open TV channels due to the low signal quality in the area. However, you can access your account on your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Amazon, Max, and YouTube. Guest access You will have exclusive access to all rooms inside the apartment during your stay. In addition, the condominium offers several common areas that are available to all residents and guests. We hope you enjoy all the amenities we offer! We kindly ask you to respect the family environment that you are part of during your stay. Our condominium is a quiet and pleasant place, ideal for those seeking moments of rest and relaxation. Other things to note Our guests know exactly what to expect: 1- They do not expect a luxurious environment or exquisite decor, but a simple, functional and clean home, just like the home of most Brazilians. 2-They know they will be in a safe residential neighborhood with easy access to highways, but at a considerable distance of 4.9 km from the city center. 3- They have more time to dedicate to the trip, as the check-in/out process is extremely simple and practical. 4- They have no unpleasant surprises during their stay and can count on my 24/7 support to ask questions and receive tips about the city. 5- They respect the neighbors and the condominium rules, especially about quiet hours. 6- They know we are not responsible for the use of common areas. These areas are for shared use with other residents and guests of the condominium, and their use is subject to their rules and regulations. In addition, we cannot guarantee their availability, nor can we offer a refund if any of them are under maintenance during your stay. 7- They know that it is necessary to provide official photo identification, vehicle license plate, and full name of all companions.
