The new DELUXE SUITE is inside the annex of Casa Milos, located in the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The breathtaking view of the sea, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterizes this place of peace. The large windows, present in every room, give light to the entire house, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. The space The suite is a complete apartment, has a separate entrance with direct access from the street, and can accommodate 2 people. Bright, spacious, equipped with every comfort and furnished with Italian taste and Mediterranean style, the house consists of a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In the open-plan living room, there is a kitchen with an island and a living room with a large sofa and a 60-inch smart TV. A small patio that develops around a large palm tree serves as the main entrance. The living terrace, with direct access to the pool and garden, is the perfect place for relaxing breakfasts and dinners overlooking the sea. In addition, the apartment has a private outdoor area with a barbecue and drying rack. The pool, garden and outdoor spaces that include the decks around the pool with sun loungers and a chill-out area facing the sea are shared with the other 4 rooms of the B&B. The house is located in a quiet residential area on a stretch of the island's south coast within the Aire Marine Park. Protecting the peace of mind of our guests is our priority, which is why our accommodations will be rented to a preferably adult clientele. In addition, the presence of some stairs both at the entrance and in access to the pool, make the context not suitable for young children. Only for our guests, we organize boat trips (10-meter day cruiser with large sundeck, visible in the photo) to discover the most beautiful bays and beaches, with highly discounted rates. A jet ski (215 hp) and a sup board are also available. The entire property, in addition to being our residence, has 4 other double rooms for guests, which can be rented separately with a bed & breakfast formula. For stays longer than 7 nights and up to 13 nights, the change will be made in the middle of the stay. Cleaning is carried out at the beginning and end of the stay, however, the relative equipment and products will be available to guests. You can request cleaning during your stay as an extra service. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: A law of the Balearic Island Government is currently in force that provides for the payment of the tourist tax, to be paid in cash upon arrival. The rate, if confirmed, is 2.20 euros/day/each up to 8 days of stay, then it goes to 1.10 euros (children under 16 are exempt).
