The space The studio is situated on the 3rd floor of a historic building on Karlova Street, one of Prague’s most famous streets connecting Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Despite its central location, the apartment faces a quiet courtyard, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Staying here lets you experience the charm of Old Town life while being just moments away from the Astronomical Clock, the Jewish Quarter, and the city’s best cafés and shops. Guest access Guests will have the entire studio to themselves. Other things to note Please note that the studio faces an inner courtyard, which is generally peaceful; however, some noise may occur in the morning when trash is collected. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Just let me know please in advance and I will prepare it for you. Parking is available at the nearby Old Town Garage on Alšovo nábřeží, and no advance reservation is required. NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS (30 December – 1 January): A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. The rate for each extra person during this period is €50 per night. Taxes are included, except for a city tax of €2 (50 CZK) per person per night, payable upon arrival. In accordance with Czech law, guests are required to complete a registration card at check-in. For security reasons, we kindly request credit card details as a guarantee for potential damages or violations of house rules (e.g., smoking or excessive noise). A late check-in fee of €20 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, arranged with the nearby shop — please inform us in advance.
