The apartment is located in hall of residence University of Economics Prague and consists of two bedrooms, balcony, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchenette is equipped by cooker, microwave oven, jug kettle and fridge. The entrance to the balcony is from both bedrooms. The apartment offers a view of the green vegataiton on the premises of the hall of residence and the blocks of flats in the Jarov district. The space The building is situated in the safe premise of University of Economics and just few minutes from downtown. Tram stop Strazni is only 2 minutes by walk and you can reach downtown in 15 minutes without changing. Guest access The guests can use also laundry and gym for a small fee. Parking is available in premise - reservation is required. Other things to note There are a lot of restaurants and local pubs in surroundings, O2 Arena and Eden Arena organizing cultular and sport events can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.
