Warm welcome to Casa Pedra Alva // Pedralva

Forget all comments regarding the internet; we have now a satellite internet in our house starting November 2022. Pedralva is a cosy place with small traditional houses and a relaxed atmosphere that enchants its visitors. Surrounded by nature this can be a great place to explore and enjoy the region. Go for beautiful beaches on the west and south coast, hiking along the Cliff, bicycling through the great nature, enjoying sun sets at one of the beach restaurants and there is even more to see..... The space The old town house is located in the middle of Pedralva and was completely modernized a few years ago. It has two levels, each of 45 sqm and is designed perfectly also for families. The upper level has a modern kitchen equipped with fridge, dish washer, stove, micro wave & coffee machine. Furthermore, there is a very nice dining/living area incl. a folded sofa bed for 2 persons. In the lower level you will find a modern bath room with shower, toilet & bidet, a nice bed room for 2 adults plus a folded sofa bed (in case a child will sleep in the same room as the parents) & lots of wardrobes. Guest access You have access to the complete house Other things to note Two very nice restaurants with outside areas are in short walking distances (30m) and a super market can be reached in 10 min by car in Vila do Bispo. For stays above 14 days the linen and towels will be changed on the 7th day. Additional services e.g. high chair for children, transportation from/to the airport can be ordered separately. Please ask. The folded sofa bed in the living room is 1,40x1,95m and has a very good matress. The bed in the bed room is 1,80x2,0m and the folded sofa bed (in case a child will sleep in the same room as the parents) is 1,30x1,90. Registration details 8306/AL
